Stage Three: Offboarding and Support

Strategy session – Your personalised business roadmap for clarity and precision. We will sit down and design your perfect client experience!
Bespoke Dubsado implementation – Tailored to your business and designed with your branding.
Beautiful, branded & code-free forms including:
Contracts (you can add a variety of contracts for different services, that can be easily signed online by you and the client)
Questionnaires (including onboarding questionnaires, onboarding guides, client check-in forms, offboarding questionnaires, and feedback forms)
Client intake forms (to capture all your new leads - these can also be embedded on your website to start the journey smoothly from the very beginning, and track all your incoming leads)
Proposals (beautifully designed forms, where the client can review and choose the packages you offer)
A bank of email templates – These templates will save you SO MUCH time, from typing the same emails over and over again. They’re all saved and ready to use whenever you need them!
Variety of schedulers – Multiple schedulers can be created for various points in your process (for example, discovery calls, consultation, client check-ins, coaching sessions, onboarding, offboarding, etc.)
Your different packages – Multiple packages can be created for each of your services, add-ons, and different tiers, that include the breakdowns, details and prices of each of them. These can be added easily to proposals, invoices etc.
Payment plans for your invoices – As a service provider or coach, you will most definitely have payment plans for different programs and services, whether it’s set deposit, pay in full or monthly packages, they can all be set up here!
Workflow setup and testing – Using all the forms, emails, schedulers, etc. mentioned above, I build out workflows that will run tasks automatically for you in your business (send call links to book coaching sessions, contracts, check-in forms, project proposals, emails, the list goes on!)
Offboarding consultation – Once everything is complete, we sit and go through everything together so that you can see everything in action. This meeting will also be recorded, so you can go through it again in your own time, and have me by your side when you’re implementing things yourself.
30-Day support – Don’t panic! You have me to support you through the transition to your new system and step into your streamlined business.
