My name is Kate, and I love systems, automation and workflows - all things organisation! I believe in making life easier and finding time to do more of the things that bring us joy.
I worked at Dell for almost six years as Team Lead & SME for the Account Management team. We serviced small and large companies from Europe, the Middle East and Africa. I have worked with larger CRM systems such as Salesforce & Oracle and was always the go-to person for any questions on navigating and using them. It’s sad, but I get excited by this kind of sh*t!
As Team Lead & SME, it was also my job to analyse our processes and liaise with the teams in the US & Asia to create new SOPs and train team members on all the new systems. Furthermore, I was involved in a lot of mentoring with new hires - this was so rewarding.
Now, I get the opportunity to work alongside my clients and help them reach their goals, take back control and help them to find more freedom in their business. This has been a long-term goal of mine!
I am passionate about working smarter and building strategies that support you & your customers by utilising technology & automation in your business.
Outside “working hours,” you could find me in the gym, practising yoga, engrossed in my favourite podcasts, listening to music, or hopping on a plane!

I am a Web Designer and Online Business Manager supporting coaches & online service providers to help others by streamlining their technical & backend processes.
