Before launching my own business, I was the team lead of the EMEA Account Management team at a large multinational. I was always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible! Part of this was creating global processes and delivering training.

FAQs

  • First off, I will send you a contract & the invoice. These are both required to secure your spot. Once the logistics are out of the way, we will have our Strategy Call where we can make a plan for the next few months, this includes prepping for any launches or other big events in your business. We want to make sure everything is leading back to your goals so you can keep smashing it!

    The first month will involve a little more back and forth to give me access to logins, get everything set up and for us to find a rhythm of working together. By month 2 we’ll be sucking diesel! 😀

  • I can hold your spot with a 10% deposit on your first month’s invoice as well as a signed contract. We’ll have everything set up and ready to hit the ground running!

  • From our Strategy Call, we will have a plan of the things you want to focus on and the main tasks you want to get done each week. Each business varies — some prefer to assign tasks on a weekly basis (submitted by the Friday before), while other businesses have the same tasks they need done every week or on certain days. We will find the way that works best for you! Ultimately, with my support, there will be less fire-fighting in the business, and a lot more proactive planning.

  • If there’s something else you need help with, just ask! If I cannot help you directly, I have an amazing community of other service providers I can connect you with.

  • No, this is not my zone of genius. I can prompt you with things to include, but again, I know great copywriters if this is something you need specific support with.

  • Yes! If you need a one-off setup or service, I offer DFY bespoke projects. These include things like Dubsado Setup, Course Creation, Email Marketing + Funnel Setup, Linking Tools + Automation. There is also the option of full/half- VIP days if it’s a case of “I need to get this done ASAP”
